Major upgrade to Adobe’s Photoshop Lightroom:

• Image processing enhanced: new conversion & sharpening algorithms, mindblowing noise reduction. (Did I mention lens corrections?)
• Library & workflow, including but not limited to tethering & video file support.
• Performance boost.

That last one there is the thing that Aperture is god-forsakenly needing. Badly.
